As a demonstration of our commitment Henleys Medical Supplies Limited operates a Quality Management System that meets the requirements of BS EN ISO 13485:2016, whilst complying with all relevant sections of the Medical Device Directive 93/42/EEC as amended.
It is the aim of management at all levels to maintain the quality systems to the above mentioned standards and, through the process of continuous review, we will ensure that the design and manufacture of all our products comply with all appropriate safety and legal requirements. This in turn will help us to continually improve the effectiveness of our quality management systems.
The company shall establish and monitor measurable quality objectives and targets for the quality management systems and processes that are in place as well as train staff to meet the quality agenda.
The quality manual has the unqualified support of Henleys Medical Supplies Limited Senior Management Team, and it is a mandatory requirement that all personnel involved comply with the policy, objectives, systems and procedures defined within.
