Terms

CARRIAGE
UK Mainland (incl Isle of Wight): A charge of £7.95 will apply to any order valued under £150.00 excluding VAT, otherwise carriage free.
Off UK Mainland: A maximum charge of £18.00 will apply to any order valued under £300.00 excluding VAT, otherwise carriage free. 

CONDITIONS OF SALE
We reserve the right to refuse orders without prior notification.
A Minimum order value of £27 including carriage and VAT where applicable, applies to all website orders.

PRICES
Subject to alteration without prior notice. We reserve the right to invoice goods at prices ruling at the date of despatch. Prices shown do NOT include VAT. 

DELIVERY OF GOODS
We will despatch all goods by the most cost effective method of transport unless otherwise specified by the customer. 

DAMAGED GOODS
Within 2 working days advise us verbally and confirm in writing. If evident at time of receipt of consignment the carriers delivery records should be endorsed accordingly. Retain goods and packaging for inspection. Claims will generally be accepted if made within 2 days of receipt of goods. 

ALL OTHER CLAIMS
Claims will generally be accepted if reported verbally and confirmed in writing to ourselves within 21 days of our date of invoice.

PAYMENT BY CREDIT/DEBIT CARD
We take credit card security and fraud prevention very seriously. To ensure a speedy delivery it is important that you provide us with the exact address that your credit or debit card is registered to.

RETURN OF GOODS
Return of correctly supplied goods will normally be accepted provided prior agreement and arrangements have been made within 21 days. A separate advice of despatch should be sent to us for all items.

Subject to alteration without notice. They are not binding and are only intended to represent the type of goods offered as, owing to improvements, products may not conform to them in detail.
